2 November 2017 - DRS Participates in Parliamentary Review for the Finance Sector
DRS is delighted to have been included in the 2017 Parliamentary Review for the Finance Sector.
The Parliamentary Review is a guide to financial industry best practice that looks at how sector leaders have responded to challenges in the industry. This edition features contributions from Theresa May and Philip Hammond.
In conjunction with the publication, DRS held a reception in the Churchill Room at the House of Commons on 2 November. The extremely well attended evening was an opportunity to speak to senior figures in the UK Construction industry and discuss current themes and trends in the sector.
The keynote speaker for the evening was Paul Lester CBE, Chairman of the John Laing Infrastructure Fund. Paul is a current member of the Government’s Major Project Review Group and was appointed non-executive Chairman of Knight Square in April 2012.
Commenting on the event, DRS Managing Directors Fiona Recker and Chris Davies said;
“This evening is the culmination of many years’ of hard work by the team at DRS. We are very proud to have been included in this year’s Review. This is an important time for the Construction sector and this evening has enabled us to bring important figures together to network and discuss the many opportunities that lie ahead. This is the start of a series networking events that DRS will host and sponsor to help galvanise the industry going forward.”
